Donny-Joshua is a former Division I soccer athlete whose athletic journey reflects years of dedication, discipline, and high-level performance. He began playing soccer at age 11 with West Pines United, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork, fitness, and commitment - principles that would carry him through a lifelong athletic career.

In 2011, Donny-Joshua achieved his goal of playing Division I soccer at the prestigious Howard University, becoming a four-year starter for the men’s team. His time at Howard shaped his competitive mindset, instilled a relentless work ethic, and taught him the importance of self-motivation and continual growth.

After graduating in 2015, he spent nearly four years pursuing professional soccer, training and competing at an elite level. Though injuries ultimately shifted his career path, his commitment to athletic excellence remains at the core of who he is—an athlete driven by purpose, resilience, and a deep understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest level. It’s this background and experience that paves the way for his insight and training for athletes of all ages and ability levels.

May 28, 2020 – Hailing from Miami, Donny-Joshua Felix was a four-year starter on the Howard University men's soccer team where he played over 70 contests for the Bison. After three years under HU alum Michael Lawrence, the South Florida native played his final season under head coach Phillip Gyau in his first year at the helm, competing in 19 matches.
 
In 2015, Felix graduated from The Mecca and pursued a professional soccer career for more than three years. Although injuries derailed his aspirations of playing professionally, Felix discovered the importance of a healthy lifestyle while cultivating a desire to learn how to properly train.
